These can vary depending on our client load, but typically you will receive your first design draft of the space within about 2-4 weeks from purchase, after first draft is sent, we have 10 days to complete project.
We stand behind my 100% happiness guarantee so much so that we will revise every part of the room/space until you are completely happy and ready to purchase the items! We are happy to make unlimited revisions for you within 10 business days of receiving your design because of this revision policy, we do not offer refunds once the design phase has been started.
There is not a limit to revisions as long as they are completed within the allotted revision time frame, so you are guaranteed to be completely in happy with the finished space. After the first design draft is submitted, you will go through and “approve” items you love and “reject” items you do not love.
This process ensures that you will ultimately have a room/space that you love everything about!

Typically shopping lists are a combination of both, depending on the budget.
If budget allows, trade items are sourced from the very best furniture manufactures, and clients purchase selected pieces through F&S. We are proud to offer our clients access to the highest quality trade furniture, that are largely not available via retail.
It is F&S’s expectation that clients purchase trade items on their shopping list through our home shop.
Any commissions we receive on product allow us to offer lower design fees and a fixed fee structure.

F&S charges a fixed fee per room. Costs vary depending on the type of room and the extent of design (décor only vs. full room). The prices range from $450 – $1,800 per room. We also require a $500-$1,000 (refundable) furniture/décor retainer per room.

After the online room survey is completed and the client agreement is signed, no room fee refunds are given for any reason. We will make sure you love your final design!
The Furniture / Décor retainer is refundable if a certain threshold of product is purchased from our home shop.
